FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TOWERS AND PALISADE FENCE AT VARIOUS SITES COUNTRY WIDE UNDER UCSAF PHASE III & PHASE IV

INVITATION FOR TENDERS

1. The Government of Tanzania has a set aside fund for the operation of the Tanzania Telecommunication Corporation during the financial year 2019/2020.  Its intends that part of proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the construction of towers and palisade fence at various country wide under UCSAF Phase II & Phase IV
2. TTCL  now invites sealed tender from eligible contractors registered or capable of being registered in class five for carrying out the construction of towers and palisade at various sites country wide under consult the user department and conform with CRB on the class required

The bidders is allowed to bid for either or all lots but the award shall be for one lot only

3. Tendering will be conducted through the national competitive tendering method specified in the public procurement regulations government notice 446 of 2013 and is open to all tenders as defined in the regulation unless stated in the tender data

4. Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from and inspect the tendering document at the office secretary of the tender board tender board secretary extelecoms house 7th floor 32 Samora avenue P.O. BOX 9070 DSM [email protected] from 8:00 – 16:30 hours on Monday – Friday inclusive except on public holidays

5. A complete set of tendering document in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of non-refundable fee of TZS 150,000 Payment should either be by cash, banker draft or banker cheque payable to TTCL Headquarter cashier office located on the ground floor

6. All tenders must be accompanied by tenders security of 1% of the total bid value in an acceptable form or freely convertible currencies in case of foreign tenders

7. All tenders in one original plus one copy and one soft copy properly filled and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address telecoms house 7th floor Samora Avenue, P.O.
