FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PRE-FABRICATED TEMPERATURE INSULATED PHARMACEUTICAL STORAGE WAREHOUSE AT KAGERA REGION
This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in PPRA Journal on 24th July, 2018.
Medical Stores Department under the Ministry of Health Community Development, Gender, Elderly. and Children has set aside funds for the Construction of Pre-Fabricated Insulated Pharmaceutical Storage Warehouse at Kagera Tanzania during the financial year 2018/2019. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the funds will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for Construction of Pre-Fabricated Insulated Pharmaceutical Storage Warehouse at Kagera Tanzania Tender No. IE-009/2018/2019/HQ/W/18;
The Medical Stores Department Tender Board now invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for Construction of Pre-Fabricated insulated Pharmaceutical Storage Warehouse at Kagera Tanzania;
Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2011 for (Goods, Works, Non-Consultant Service and Disposal of Public Assets by Tender) Regulations, 2013(and its amendment, 2016) Government Notice No. 446;
The Tenderer may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Document at the once of the Secretary, MSD Tender Board, Keko Mwanga,off Nyerere Road P. O. Box 9081, Dar es Salaam, from Tuesday, 14th May, 2019 at 8.00am to 3.30pm Hours local time on Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays;
A complete set of Tender Document in English may be purchased by invited bidder upon submission of a written application letter to Director General, Medical Stores Department, from Tuesday 14th May, 2019 at 8.30 am to 3.30 pm Monday .to Friday except on public holidays and weekends, and upon payment of non-refundable fees of TZS 100,000.00 & USD 50 to our Bank Account.

Tender in one original, one copy and soft copy properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address given below: The Secretary, Medical Stores Department Tender Board, off Nyerere Road, Keko Mwanga P. O. Box 9081 Dar es Salaam, Tender No: lE-009/2018/2019/HQ/W/18 for Construction of Pre-Fabricated Insulated Pharmaceutical Storage Warehouse at Kagera Tanzania, not to be opened before 10.00 am local hours on or before Tuesday 4th June, 201 9. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in-public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives
Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders, Tenders not received,
Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
