Mwananchi Communications Limited is inviting eligible suppliers to participate in the tendering process for provision of Canteen Services to MCL Head office staff:

1. Tendering will be conducted through Competitive Tendering and is open to Local tenderers only:
2. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tendering documents at the office of MCL Secretary, Tender Committee, P.O.BOX 19754, Mandela Road Plot No 34/35 Dar es salaam from 09.00AM to 04.00PM from Monday to Friday inclusive except on Public holidays:
3. A complete set of Tendering Documents in English will be available for collection by the Tenderers at a rate of Tsh 100,000/=; Can be paid through MPESA Pay-bill # 173333; put your Company Name on a Reference/Account Number:
4. All tenders in one original plus one copy, properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to a sealed tender box available at MCL office Plot No: 34/35 Mandela Road, Tabata Relini:
5. A Bidder must possess current certificates from Tanzania Regulatory Authorities:
6. Deadline for submission is Friday 26th July, 2019 at 2.00PM. All tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend in the tender opening ceremony at the Company’s Board Room at Tabata Relini:
7. Late tenders, portion of tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
