CALIBRATION AND CERTIFICATION OF PRESSURE SAFETY VALVES (PSVs) AT MADIMBA AND SONGOSONGO GAS PROCESSING PLANTS
Invitation for Tenders
This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in Daily news Issue no. 12,304 dated 12th December, 2018.
The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds. for the operation of the Gas Company (Tanzania) Limited during the financial year 2018/19. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Calibration and Certification of Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) at Madimba and Songosongo Gas Processing Plants
GASCO now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Providers with capacity of providing valid Calibration and Certification of Pressure Safety ‘ Valves as Follows:

Tenderers may bid for a single lot or both lots, but in each case tenderers shall quote for all items and quantities specified in each lot.
Bidders not quoting for all items and quantities in a lot will be considered non-responsive. Bidders may be awarded a single lot or both . lots.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Documents at the office of the Secretary of Tender Board, Gas Company (Tanzania) Limited, Plot No.1 Block D, Kibaga Street, Kinyerezi Gas Receiving Station, Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, Room number 04 on the 1st floor from 9:00 and 15:00 hours from Monday to Friday inclusive except on Public Holidays
A complete set of Tender Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tshs. 100,000 (Tanzania shillings One Hundred Thousand Only). Payment should be made through NMB Bank, Account Name: Gas Company (T) Limited, Account Number; 2231002901 1 payable to Gas Company (T) Limited.
All tenders must be acc6mpanied with a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tender Documents.
A site visit will be held on 31st May and 4th June 2019 at 11 :00 local hour time at Madimba and Songosongo Gas Processing Plants. respectively. Bidders are advised to arrange for their transport and upkeep cost during site visit.
All tenders’ In one original plus two copies, properly filled In, and enclosed In plain envelopes marked ”CALIBRATION AND CERTIFICATION OF PRESSURE SAFETY VALVES (PSVs) AT MADIMBA AND SONGOSONGO GAS PROCESSING PLANTS, NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE 14TH JUNE, 2019 1 1.00HRS” must be delivered to the Gas Company (Tanzania) Limited, Plot No.1 Block D, Kibaga Street, Kinyerezi Gas Ring Station, Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, Room number 04 on the ist Floor at or before Friday 14th June 2019, at 1 1:00hours. Tenders ” be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Kinyerezi Board Room at 1st floor.
Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, and not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation Irrespective of the circumstances.
