SUPPLY OF MOTOR VEHICLE
INVITATION FOR BID
1.This invitation for bid follow the General Procurement Notice for this project which appeared on Zanzibar Leo issue 2nd October 2021
2.The Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar has set funds for the operations of the Zanzibar Fisheries Company during the financial year 2021 /2022, it is attended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract

Bidders may quote for a single lot or both but evaluation will be done lot by lot
3.The Zanzibar Fisheries company show initiated you to submit sealed bid for supply and Delivery of Ten Lorry. Four Wheel Drive (4FWD) station wagon and double cabin
4.Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive Bidding (NCB) procurement procedures specifies in the public procurement and disposal of public assets Act 11 of 2016 and is open to eligible bidder as defined in the populations unless otherwise stated in the bit Data sheets
5.Interested Bidder may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding Documents at the office of secretary of Tenders Board Zanzibar Fishers company ZAFICO from 7:30to 15:30 hours as Monday to Fridays inclusive except on public holiday
6.A complete set of bidding Document (1) in English and additional sets may be purchased by you on the submission of written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non –refundable free of 250,000 payments should be settled through the following Account details: Zanzibar Fisheries company account Number 0745613001Branch Forodhani the people Bank of Zanzibar
7.Bid must be accompanied by bid security in original form and Tanzania shillings TZS.3000, 000.00 in the form of unconditional Bank guarantee or bank cheque(in the format provided in section iv) issued by Bank located in Zanzibar. If the bank located outside Zanzibar, the issue shall have a correspondent financial institution located in Zanzibar
8.Bid one original plus three properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Zanzibar Fisheries company P.O. BOX 1680 First floor PDMU, Date 25 January 2022 at 02:30 pm hours at local time bid will be open promptly thereafter in the public and the presence of the bidders ‘representative who choose to attend in the opening at the Zanzibar fisheries company and must be written in the name of tender
9.Late bids, portion of bids, electronics bids, bids not received, bids not opened, not read out in the public at the bids opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
