1. The Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology has received a grant from the World Bank towards the cost of East Africa Skills for Transformation and Regional Integration Project (EASTRIP) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for quotation is issued.
2. You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached in Section Il
3. All quotations in one original plus one copy, property filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked “Supply of ICT Teaching Equipment for Regional Flagship ICT Centre (RAFIC)”, must be delivered at Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology, Junction of Morogoro Road and Bibi Titi Mohamed, P.O. Box 2958, Dar es Salaam- TANZANIA
4. The Quotations shall be valid for 45 days
5. The required delivery period is 45 days from the issuance of the purchase order, to DIT Main campus.
6. Deadline for submission will be on Thursday 19% September, 2022 10.00am. Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Supplier’s representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the DIT PMU BLOCK.
7. Late quotations, portion of quotations, electronic quotations, and quotations not received, quotations not opened at the quotation opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
