SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RADIO TRANSMITER FOR IMPROVING ACCESS TO QUALITY EDUCATION FOR THE SECONDARY LEVEL AT KWARARA CENTRE

Ministry of Education and Vocational Training Zanzibar has received grant from the Korea International Cooperation Agency towards the cost of Improving access to quality education at the Secondary Level and it intends to apply part of the proceed of this grant to cover eligible payments under the contract for supply and delivery of Radio Transmitter for Improving Access to Quality Education for the secondary level at Kwarara Centre
The principle secretary Ministry of Education now invites sealed bids from eligible qualified tenders from supply and delivered of Radio Transmitter for Improving Access to Quality Education for the secondary level at Kwarara Centre as follows

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering in accordance with procedures set out in the public procurement and disposal Act No 11, 2016(goods, works, and disposals of public a sets by tender) section 66(1) and is open to all tenders as defined in the Regulations
Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from and inspect the tendering Document at the office of the Secretary , Ministerial Tender Board, P.O. BOX – 394 Zanzibar from 7;30 pm Monday – Friday inclusive except public holidays or email [email protected] and [email protected]
Tender shall be valid for a period of last 90 days after tender opening and must be delivered to the address below at of before 14^th October 2020, electronic tender shall not be permitted late tender shall be rejected, tender shall be opened physical in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below 10;30 on 14^th October 2020
Tender must be accompanied by an original tender security from reputable commercial bank in an acceptable from as described in the tendering document amounting at least 1,000,000.00/- properly address to the Principal secretary , Ministry of Education and Vocational Training Zanzibar
