SALE OF A RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT
International Commercial Bank Tanzania Limited (ICBTL) intends to sell a residential property. Apartment Number F, 17″ Floor, Uhuru Heights, measuring 200 Square Meters. Plot Number, 63/27, Certificate of Title Number. 38082/95, East Upanga Area, Ilala District, Dar es Salaam.
1. ICBTL now invite sealed tenders for the purchase of Apartment Number ‘F, 17th Floor, Uhuru Heights, with 4 bedrooms.
2. For inspection of the Apartment, any interested bidders may communicate through ICETL’s telephone numbers provided below The property will be disposed on “as is, where is” basis and inspection of the apartment may be done by interested Bidders before submission of beds.
3. Eads indicating offer for the purchase of the above mentioned property with specific amounts, and full address of the Bidders, should be submitted by 13th June 2022, 10:00am at the Offices of ICBTL Head Office at 2“Floor, Vijana Towers, Plot no 1081/22, Fire Station Road, West Upanga. and P.O. Box 9362, Dar es salaam.
4. Bidding will be conducted through competitive procedure and ICETL reserves the right to accept or deadline the bids.
5. At the discretion of ICBTL Bidders may be invited to negotiate their bid price. after opening of the bid invitations. for negotiator and the invitation will be made by ICBTL on its own absolute discretion.
6 The successful Bidder shall be bound to make twenty-five percent 25% advance of the Bid Price within 24 hours of the date of the official award and the remaining balance equivalent seventy-five percent 75% shall be paid within fourteen (14) days from date of award.
7. in case the successful Bidder defaults in payment of the remaining seventy-five percent (75%) within 14 days, IGBTL shall forfeit the advance payment and the next highest Bidder may be considered for the award
