REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
(SUPPLY OF FOOD ITEMS AND VARIOUS GOODS, 2019/20)
Regency Park Hotel kindly requests established suppliers of food items and various goods to submit their expression of Interest to supply various food Items and goods as per categories indicated below.
Quotations must include proposed price list for the item(s) interested. Applicant must be registered with TRA and have Business license. The contract takes 12 months, and payment is made on monthly basis.
The deadline for submission of quotation is on 20th November, 2019
CATEGORIES OF ITEMS.
· DRY FOOD ITEMS.
Examples; Rice, Flours, Beans, sugar, coffee, tea, etc
· FRESH ITEMS.
Fruits, vegetables and other fresh farm produce
· MEAT & POULTRY.
Various Beef cuts, chicken and goats
· HOUSE KEEPING ITEMS.
Guest soaps, mineral water, lotions, shampoo, liquid soaps, tissue, disinfectants etc.
· LAUNDRY CHEMICALS.
· SWIMMING POOL CHEMICALS
· STATIONARIES
Rim papers, pens, writing pads, flip charts, business cards, etc .

REQUIREMENTS:
· Proposed Price list for the item(s) chosen
· Business license ,
· TIN certificate
· Registered with TRA and have VAT certificate .
· TAX clearance certificate
· Ability to supply on credit for one month.
OUR PAYMENT TERMS:
Suppliers must be able to supply one month on credit, and submit invoice(s) before 5th of each proceeding month.
After supplies have been done; payment will be done before 10th of each proceeding mon
