FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SUBMERSIBLE WATER PUMPS
Winrock International is a sub-contractors to Tetra Tech the prime implementation partner for the USAID/Tanzania Water Resources Integration development initiative activity pursuant to the foreign assistance Act of 1961 AS AMENDED AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH USAID Contract No AID-OAA-14-00068/AIDD-621-TO-16-00003
WARID USAID funded five-year activity which seeks to achieve improvement in health, water sources management, agriculture and the environment in Tanzania. WARID promotes state-of –the art approaches in cross-sectorial integrated management of water related resources and services
Through this RFQ USAID/WARIDI requested for quotation from pre-qualification locally registered vendors to bid for supply and installation of submersible water pumps to the following sites
- WARID -001-2020 – 4 PUMPS – KILOLO DC
- WARID -002-2020-4 PUMPS MOROGORO DC
- WARIDI-003-2020-5 PUMSP MOROGORO DC. GAIRO AND KILOSA DC
A complete set of the bidding document may be obtained via email from winrock international email [email protected]. ay question must be received by email no later than Monday 6 April 2020AT 5:00 pm EAC Time and will be responded to in one all-inclusive written document provided to all bidders via email by wed 8th April 2020
Vendors can bid on all three lots. Award will be to the vendor whose quotation has been determinate to be substantially responsive and who has offered the best values to WINROCK/WARIDI per evaluation criteria outlined in the RFQ Documents
Quotation must be received no later than 5:00 EAC On 14 April 2020. Late submission will not be accepted all quotation are be submitted to the following the guidelines listed in the bidding documents, telephone requests will not be honored
Bids shall be opened in public in the presence of the bidder representatives who choose to attend at winrock International office JR HOUSE OLD DSM Road, P.O. BOX 768 Morogoro Tanzania at 2:00 PM on Tuesday April 14 2020 Pubic opening may be moved to online video pending COVID -19 Restrictions
