REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

SUPPLY OF CONTACTLESS CARD FOR NMB BANK PLC
- NMB Bank is fully-fledged commercial bank in Tanzania, the bank offers banking services to individuals small to medium sized business as well as large corporate clients, NMB has a wide branches network over 230 branches over 6000 NMB Wakala Agents and over 800 TMs servicing over 3.5 Million customers across the country
- NMB Bank PLC set aside fund for purchasing contactless card during the financial year 202a. its intended that part of the proceeds for the fund will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for purchasing contactless
- The NMB bank management Tender Committee now invites sealed eligible , qualified and experienced vendors to participate on the request for the proposals for the supply of contactless cards
- The selection and short listing of vendors will be conducted through the open competitive tendering as specified in the NMB Bank Plc procurement policy and procedures
- NMB Bank s expecting to receive technical information , which showcase technical capabilities and meet the business requirement and commercial policy and proposal
- Interested and eligible vendors shall obtain RFP document from our website www.nmbbank.co.tz/tenders and request for clarifications on the RFP document shall be sent to the office of Secretary, Management Tender Committee at [email protected] not later than Monday 30 November 2020
- Commercial proposal should include the following information
• The unit price of the card and card type as per the specification
• Price must be inclusive of all relevant taxes
• Delivery Plan
• Payment Terms - Technical and commercial proposal should be submitted separately to ease evaluation and for proposal that will be submitted in hard copies it is must to send the flash USB with files in PDF signed formats or editable word/excel formats during submission
- The deadline for submission of the applications will be on Friday 11th December 220 at 15:00 EA Time your proposal must be marked on top of the envelope SUPPLY OF CONTACT LESS CARDS applications received will be opened promptly thereafter and in the presence of vendors’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening ceremony at NMB Bank Plc Head office on the first floor at 15:00 EA Time Friday 2020 December , the proposal shall be delivered in the following ways
i. Hard copy delivered in sealed envelopes and deposit at the TENDER BOX located on ground floor 1 of NMB bank head office at Ohio/Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road Dar es Salaam OR
ii. Delivery by couries and addresses to Secretary, NMB Bank PLC, Management Tender Committee, P.O. BOX 9213 DAR ES SALAAM OR
iii. Email delivered to [email protected] maximum 10 MB – ensure you protect your document with password which should be shared by the date of submission at exactly hours
- Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, tenders’ not received and tenders not opened and not read out loud at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation, irrespective of the circumstances
