REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

To conduct post campaign coverage survey for the upcoming mr campaign in Tanzania

Introduction
WHO requires the successful bidder (institutions), the Institution, to carry out task of Measles Rubella (MR) Campaign Vaccination Coverage Survey, Tanzania 2019 in all regions of Tanzania mainland and Zanzibar.

Objective of the presented activity
To provide a coverage estimates for MR vaccine among children targeted in the 2019 MR SIA by age group and each region. Furthermore, surveys facilitate assessing equity in accessing routine immunization services, by allowing disaggregated coverage by factors such as place of residence, sex, maternal education and/or economic status.

Activity Coordination
World Health Organization (WHO) will provide technical support for the survey. The successful bidder (institution) will oversee survey planning; protocol and form development and piloting; database development; development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for monitors, supervisors, field workers, data managers and data entry staff; sampling; training; field work; data entry and cleaning; as well as main analysis under the coordination with WHO Tanzania.

Submission of the Proposal
The bidder shall submit the complete proposal to WHO in writing no later than Wednesday 30th July 2019. 16:00 (the closing date), by email at the following address: [email protected]

Each proposal shall be marked Ref: RFP/IVD/07/15 and be signed by a person or persons duly authorized to represent the bidder, to submit a proposal and to bind the bidder to the terms of this RFP.
