- This invitation for tender follows general procurement notice that appeared in the Tanzania Procurement Journal of 16th July 2019
- The government of Tanzania has a set aside fund for the operation of the STAMIGOLD Company Limited Biharamulo Mine during the financial year 2019/2020. Its intend that part of the proceed of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contractors for the consultancy services carry out exercises of revaluation, bar –coding and upgrading of SBM Fixed assets register property plant equipment and intangible assets for which request for proposal
- The Stamigold Company Limited Biharamulo invites proposal to provide the following consulting services to carry out exercise of Revaluation, Bar –Coding And Updating Of Sbm Assets Registered Property Plant, Equipment And Tangible Assets more detais on the services are provide in the term s of services
- STAMOGOLD Company now invites eligible national consultant to indicate their interest in proving the services which include consultancy services to carry out exercises of Revaluation, Bar –Coding And Updating Of SBM Assets Registered Property Plant, Equipment And Tangible assets for the period of 3 months
- Your requested to submit your written 1 original and 2 copies for technical proposal and one original detailed plus 2 copies financial proposal in writing address to office of secretary the tender board STAMIGOLG company limited mine, at or before 15 00 EAT Tuesday 17th March 2020, technical proposal will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at the opening ceremony at the BOARDROOM OF STAMIGOLD COMPANY LTD BIHARAMULO MINE SITE
- Technical and financial proposal shall be enclosed in a separate envelope and marked Technical proposal and financial proposal respective. The 2 envelopes shall then be enclosed in a single envelope marked ”proposal for consultancy services to carry out exercise of revaluation bar –coding and upgrading of SBM Fixed assets register properly plant equipment and intangible assets
- The opening of technical proposal will be immediately after the deadline for submission at the BOARD ROOM of stamigold company limited to the representatives who choose to attend in the opening ceremony
- A consultant will be selected in accordance with the national competitive selection procedure set out in the public procurement Act of 7 of 2011 and the public procurement selection and employment consultant regulation government notice 446 2013 as amended in 2016
- A complete set of tendering documents in English and additional set may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above upon payment of non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000.00 or USD 50. Payment should be through deposit to the bank and deposit slip with application letter for purchasing tendering document to Mine General Manager, STAMIGOLD Company Limited, P.O. BOX 78508 DAR ES SALAAM

11. Technical proposal shall be evaluated on the basis of the criteria shown in the terms of reference. Only consultant scoring above 75% with reasonable quoted fee shall pass the technical proposal and will be invited in the opening of financial proposal
12 Any request for clarification with regard to this assignment shall be addressed to the undersigned. The client shall respond to clarification received not less than 3 days before the deadline for submission
13 Late proposal or electronic proposal shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
