INVITATION FOR SUBMISION PROPOSAL

For

Provision Of Consultancy Services For Supervising The Construction Of Two Technical Sports Centres At Kigamboni – Dar Es Salaam And Manyanjani – Tanga

1. TFF has set aside fund towards for the construction supervision cost of two technical sports centre in Kigamboni – Dar es Salaam ad Manyani – Tanga, FTT Intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payment under the contract for which this request for proposal is issued
2. TFF now invited proposal to provide the following services construction supervision for technical sports centres in Kigamboni and Tanga supervision of construction of two sports centre at Kigamboni and Tanga more details on the services are provided in the terms of reference

3. A complete set of the request for proposal document in English may be purchased by interested consultants upon payment of non refundable fee of TSZ 200,00/= Payment should either b cash, banker draft or bankers cheque payable to general secretary TFF HQ Dar es salaam
4. Interested firms must  provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by submitting consultancy profile description of similar assignment experience in similar condition availability of appropriate skills among staff etc, consultancy may associate to enhance their qualifications
5. A firms will be selected under quality cost based selection and procedures described in this RFP in accordance with the policies detailed in FIFA Forward Development Programme Regulations
6. The RFP Includes the following documents

Section 1: Letter of Invitation

Section 2: instruction to consultancy (including data sheet)

Section 3: technical proposal standard forms

Section 4: financial proposals standard forma

Section 5 terms of reference

Section 6: standard forms of contract

7. All proposal in one original plus 3 copies properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to Tanzania Football Federation Offices, Karume Memorial Stadium, Uhuru /Shauri moyo RD-Ilala, P.O. BOX 1574 DAR ES SALAAM Before 2 September 2020. Technical proposal will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at TFF Office
8. Late tenders, portion of tender, electronic tenders and tender not received, tenders not opened at the tender opening ceremony shall not be acceptable for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
