Request for Proposal
1 NMB Bank PLC is Tanzania’s leading retail bank, both in customer base and branch network. 2. The NMB Bank Plc. Management Tender Committee now invites eligible, qualified and experienced vendors to automate its legal department process in order to improve record management.
3. Interested applicants may download the tendering document from NMB Bank Plc Website through Www.nmbbank.co.tz tenders
4. The Selection and final shortlisting of vendors will be conducted through the Open Competitive Tendering Procedures as specified in the NMB Bank Plc. Procurement Policy and Procedures.
5. he Interested eligible vendors may obtain further information from our website on the products and range of services provided by the bank through Office of the Secretary, NMB Tender Committee, via email [email protected]
6. The deadline for submission of the applications will be at 15H00 on 20th August 2019. Proposals received will be opened promptly thereafter and in the presence of tenderers, representatives who choose to attend in the Opening ceremony at NMB Bank Plc Head Office on the first floor at 15H00 on 20th, August 201 9. The proposals must be hand delivered, in a sealed envelope or by courier to the Secretary NMB Tender Committee Ohio Street/Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road, P O Box 9213, Dar es Salaam Tanzania, NMB Bank Plc Head Office at the first floor. The outer cover should be clearly marked: Request for Proposal for Automation of Legal Department Processes Not to be opened before 15H00 on 20th August, 2019.
7. Late proposals, portion of proposals, electronic proposals, and proposals not received, not opened, and not read out aloud-in public at the opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
