North Mara Gold Mine, a fully owned subsidiary of Twiga Minerals Corporation, which is ultimately owned by Barrick Gold Corporation and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania requests the submission of Tenders from reputable, experienced, certified, and qualified parties to provide the following service:

| NM38/2022 | PLC Upgrade | i. The company shall provide references of the successful completion of Control System projects, where the technologies include Rockwell Automation and Aviva software. ii, the applicant shall provide audited financial statements to demonstrate financial ability to finance a project of this nature. The company shall at least have done five Control System projects in the last two years of more than USD 300,000 each. iii. Engineering Capabilities: The company shall have sufficient engineering resources to undertake a project of this nature, with its current project load, but no less than 20 staff members with electric/electronic engineering qualifications. iv. OEM Certification: The engineers assigned to this project shall be AVEVA and Rockwell certified engineers. v. The company shall be a Certified Alliance Partner of Schneider Electric and a Certified Rockwell Systems Integrator vi. The company’s Quality Management System shall be 1S09001:2015 certified. The certification shall be current and valid. |

NB: The Company reserves the right to invite any other supplier(s) who did not submit an EOI through this advertisement. Pre-qualification of any company submitting an “Expression of Interest” shall be at the sole discretion of NUGM
