Worley Europe Limited as EPCM Earth Services Contractor for EACOP Project invites experienced and Audio Codes Voice Gateway reputable Contractors to express their interest in| e android and iOS Mobile devices including providing IT Hardware for the East African Crude Oil Accessories Pipeline (EACOP} Project SO and 100Mb MPLS circuit
The Republic of Uganda, the Uganda National Oil 20,50 and 100Mb Overact Internet Access circuit Company {UNOC}, the United Republic of Tanzania and/or Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation | The scope will include sourcing of OEM equipment, (TPDC), as well as other international oil companies | delivery FCA vendor and guarantees partaking in the development of Exploration Areas 1, 1 A and Kingfisher Discovery Area in the Albertine Graben
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Companies expressing their interest are invited to document their request with
- A commitment to and evidence that they have experience in developing local /national content value
- Confirmation that they can manufacture (design/construction /inspection & testing /assembly /centrifugal pumps as per API 610 11th edition standard
- An experience list for similar equipment supplied to the Upstream Oil and Gas market in the last five (5) years
- A copy of their own and main suppliers ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001 {t6045001:2015) current certification.
- Extracts from their Supply Quality Management
- Procedures, showing haw material quality control is implemented in the supply chain and identify what Positive material identification is implemented through the manufacturing process.
- A two [2] years look ahead shop loading charts for the facilities intended to manufacture, assemble and test. The contractor MUST be a certified service partner by the vendors in the marketplace.
BRIEF OESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE MATERIALS
The EACOP requirements for the Sump Pumps shall include, but will not necessarily be limited to P1610 11th edition vertical pumps [pump type & material of construction as per relevant pump datasheet) and complete with:
- Sealing as per relevant pump and seal datasheet.
- Electric motors designed as per relevant motor datasheet & also, suitable for area classification specified in datasheet.
- Couplings & non-sparking counting guards.
- Mounting plates and soleplates.
- All interconnecting piping with isolation valves, Vent and drain piping terminated at skid edge with flange connection.
- Seal system Instrumentation including associated cabling & junction boxes.
- Lubrication for pump and motor bearing
Interested companies which meet the minimum requirements and have the capacity to provide the goods listed above should express their interest by sending together with the above listed documents an email to [email protected] (Max. Email Size: 20 MBs & All documents must be submitted in the English language) on or before 1700 hrs. East Africa Time, on [19.10.2021]. Companies satisfactorily meeting the above minimum requirements will receive, subject to the signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a detailed pre-qualification questionnaire for further evaluation by Company. EACOP project reserves the right not to considers companies that submit an incomplete dossier.
