Worley Europe Limited as EPcmC Early Serves Contractor ‘or EACOP Project invites experienced and reputable Contractors to express their interest providing Flow Mercers and Orifice Plates ‘or the East African Crude O11 Pipeline [EACOP) Project.

‘The Republic of Uganda, the Uganda National Oil Company {UNOC), the United Republic of Tanzania and/or Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC), as well as other international oil companies partaking in the development of Exploration Areas 1, 1A, 2 and Kingfisher Discovery Area in the Albertine Graben in Uganda or their affiliates will participate in the implementation of the EACOP Project (Potential Pipe line | Participants). The CACOP Project development involves the engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of a crude oil export pipeline crossing Uganda and Tanzania and an onshore Marine Terminal in Chongalean’, rear Tanga Port in Tanzania.

BAIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE MATERIALS

The EACOP requirements for the Flow Meters and Orifice Plates shall include, but will not necessarily be limited to:

• Magnetic Flow Meters
•  In-line Ultrasound Flow Meters.
• Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Meters
• Coriolis Flow Meters
•  Flow Orifice Plates
•  Restriction Orifice Plates

‘The indicate quantities and sizes of each type

• Inspection & testing – Factory complete unit test, performance test, [1 required as per flow meter datasheet and specification).
•  Documentation

The scope will include design, sourcing of material, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, set ply of drawings and data, all sud-vendors co-ordination, factory listing, delivery FCA vendor and guarantees.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Companies expressing their interest are invited to document the r request with;

• A commitment to and evidence that they have experience in developing local / rational content

value.

• Confirmation that they can manufacture (design / construction / inspection & testing / assembly] “low meters,
• An experience list for similar equipment supplied to the Upstream Oil and Gas market in the last ‘five [5} years.
• A copy of their own and main suppliers ISO9001:2015 and 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001 {1$045001:2015) current certification.
•  Extracts from their Supply Quality Management Procedures, showing how material quality control is implemented in the supply chain and entry what positive material identification is implemented through the manufacturing process.
• A two (2) years look ahead shop loading charts for the facilities intended to manufacture, assemble and test.
•  In plant and site installation works safety record.
•  Delivery to schedule record over the previous 2 years.
•  In country maintenance support capabilities.

Interested companies which meet the minimum requirements and have the capacity to provide the goods listed above should express their interest by sending together with the above listed documents an email to [email protected] (Man. Email Size: 20 MBs & All documents must be submitted in the English language) on or before 17:06 hours East African Time (EAT), on 9″ November 2621.

Companies satisfactorily meeting the above minimum requirements will receive, subject to the signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA}, a detailed pre-qualification questionnaire for further evaluation by Company.

EACOP project reserves the right not to consider companies that submit an incomplete dossier. «
