This call for Expression of Interest (EOI) follows advertisement of General Procurement Notice published in the African Development Bank (AfDE) and United National Development (UNDB0 portals between 4th and 8th December 2021.The United Republic of Tanzania has received a grant from the African Development Bank Fund for African Private Sector Association (FAPA) to finance the African Franchising Accelerator Project (AFRAP) to be implemented by the Tanzania Private Sector Foundation (FPSF) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to make payment under the contract for the following consultancies:
i) Project Coordinator Franchise Association of Tanzania (FATA) Consultant
ii) Exporters Business Advisory Expert
iii) Business Systemization Expert
ix) Franchise Legal Export.
3) TT Specialist (Software)
‘The broad consultancy various included under this project, to be implemented aver 39.5 math’s are as follows,
A) Mapping of ecosystem and developing a franchise snarling environment stakeholders.
B) Access to skills for 100 indigenous franchise beads and key stakeholders
C)Project Management and incubation of the Franchise Association of Tanzania (FATA).
Detailed Terms of Reference (TORs) fur such position axe available from procumbent to be requested on or score known on 18th October 2021.
TPSF now invites eligible individual comrulsame to indicate their interest in providing those services, Detailed CVs of interested consultants assist to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services which are detailed in the TORs Interested consultants most provide a separate summary alongside their CVs specifically responding to each of the evaluation same listed under competence person profile in the TORs, At least one referee is required for each item on the list of the summary as appropriate, Tanzania nationals who meet all the other selection criteria are particular by encourage to apply
The eligibility criteria short list and the selection procedures for the Project Coordinator position shell be in accordance to TPSF Procurement Procedures. All others shall be accordance with the relevant section of the Bank procurement Framework Dated October 2015,available on the Bank website www.afdb.org.Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address above during office hours from Monday to Friday 09:00hrs to 16:00hrs East African time by 12noon on 18th October 2021.All quarries from any interested applicants (please indicates clearly which position you are interested in ) shall be answered by end of Business day 22nd October to all interested applicants who request and receive the TORs for the relevant position.
