REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR

PROVISION OF VARIOUS SERVICES TO CRDB HEAD OFFICE, ZONAL OFFICES AND BRANCHES ACROSS THE COUNTRY

CRDB Bank Plc is seeking for Request For Proposal (RFP) from qualified Firms for provision of various services to its Head Office, zonal offices and branches across the Country. The requested services have been categorized into 5 lots mentioned below:-
LOT 1: Provision of cleaning services
LOT 2: Provision of support and maintenance of Air Condition
LOT 3: Provision of support and maintenance of Fire Extinguishers and Fire Detection System
LOT 4: Provision of fumigation services
LOT 5: Provision of service and maintenance of the Bank’s motor vehicles
Interested Firms/Companies/Service providers for the above listed services should have and submit minimal requirement but not limited to the following:-
• Possession of registration certificate from relevant authorities, business license, company certificate of incorporation, TIN, VAT Registration.
• The company must have not less than three years experience in the field.
• The company must have experience in similar nature of work and complexity in different organizations.
• Submission of key staff CVs demonstrating their ability to carry out the assignment.
• Documentary evidence of financial capability, experience and capacity to undertake the assignment including three (3) years company financial statements/audited financial reports.
• Company profile, Key references of provision of similar services
• Current physical location (which will be inspected for
verification); that is a valid right of occupancy of office
premises or lease contract
• Submission of certified power of attorney document
• Submission of certified declaration on Litigation information regarding your firm.
The bank now invites eligible Firms/service providers to submit RFP for the above mentioned services for Selection and engagement process for the bank to be provided with the required services.
Interested eligible Firms/service providers shall obtain RFP Documents from the office of the CRDB Bank Management Tender Committee Secretary, CRDB Head Office along Azikiwe Street, 1st Floor Office, Accommodation Scheme Building, and through zonal offices from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Local Time on Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. The RFP document can also be downloaded from the CRDB Bank Plc website’s tender portal.
All RFP responses in one original, duly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the respective zonal offices as per the RFP document with exception of Eastern Zone which shall be submitted at CRDB Head Office along Azikiwe Street, 1st Floor Office, and Accommodation Scheme Building before 03:00pm on 11th February, 2020. All RFP responses clearly marked, should be addressed to the Secretary Management Tender Committee CRDB Bank Plc P.O.BOX 268, Dar es Salaam.
All RFP responses will be opened in public and in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who will choose to attend the opening ceremony at CRDB Bank Plc respective zonal offices with exception of Eastern Zone which shall be submitted at CRDB Head Office along Azikiwe Street, 1st Floor Office, and Accommodation Scheme Building on 18th February, 2020 at 03:00pm.
Late RFP responses, a portion of it, Electronic versions, Responses not received, not opened, not read out in public at the opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
