PROVISION OF VARIOUS SERVICES FOR YEAR 2020

Azania Bank Limited invites sealed tenders from eligible tenders to provide the-following services:

All tenderers must present their application in writing using the official  letter head 01 the interested bidder. Payment of a Non-Refundable tee of Tshs. 50,000.00 will be required for each LOT. Payment should be made either by cash or by Bankers Cheque in the name of Azania Bank United at the Azania Bank. Photocopy of the receipt or Bankers cheque must be attached to the tender documents.

Each Tenderer is required to provide the following information:

·         Firm’s track record

·         Past Experience

·         CVs of key staff

·         Evidence of being legally authorized to provide the services being tendered for.

·         Bankers of the Tenderer.

All bids must be submitted In duplicate [original and copy] be properly tilled and enclosed In a separate Inner plain envelope marked with the address of the bidder.

 0n the outside, the envelopes must be waxed on plain envelopes indicating clearly the services being tendering for and lot number For documents that will be collected at Dar es Salaam, The Envelope should be addressed to:

The closing date will be 25^th  November 2019 at 12.00 noon. This will be followed by a bid opening on the same day at 02.30 pm. in the presence 01 Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the opening at Azania Bank Limited-Board room, located at the 3rd floor, Mawasiliano Towers, Sam Nuioma road, Dar es Salaam Bidders or their representatives must bare valid Identity card.

The Bank ls not bound to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right not to disclose reasons for doing so.

Bidders, who do not hear from us by 31et December 2019 should consider their bids as unsuccess. ‘
