REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS – ISO5199 2nd Edition PACKAGE

Worley Europe Limited as EPcmC Early Services Contractor for EACOP Project invites experienced and reputable Contractors to express their interest in providing Centrifugal Pumps API61O 2nd edition for the East African Crude Oil pipeline {EACOP) Project,
The Republic of Uganda, the Uganda National Oil Company {UNOC), the United Republic of Tanzania and/or Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC), as well as other international oil companies partaking in the development of Exploration Areas 1, 1A, 2 and Kingfisher Discovery Area in the Albertine Graben in Uganda or their affiliates will participate in the implementation of the EACOP Project (Potential Pipeline Participants).
The EACOP Project development involves the engineering construction, operation and maintenance of a crude oil export pipeline crossing Uganda and Tanzania and an onshore Marine Terminal in Chongoleani, near Tanga Port in Tanzania.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE MATERIALS
The LACOP requirements for the Centrifugal Pumps as per API610 2nd edition shall include, but will not necessarily be limited to:
API 610 2nd edition pumps [pump type & material of construction as per relevant pump datasheet) and complete with:
- API 682 4th edition single/double mechanical seal complete with seal system as per relevant seal datasheet.
- Electric motors designed as per relevant motor datasheet & also, suitable for area classification
specified.
- Couplings & non sparking coupling guards.
- Baseplates / Mounting plates / soleplates’
- All interconnecting piping with isolation valves. Vent and drain piping terminated at skid edge with Large connection.
- Pump, motor, seal system Instrumentation including, associated cabling & junction boxes.
- Inspection & testing – Factory complete unit test performance test, resonance test {if required at per pump datasheet} & mechanical run tests (with sound test.
- Documentation,
The scope will include design, sourcing of material, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, supply of drawings and data, all sub-vendor’s co-ordination, factory testing, delivery FCA vendor and guarantees.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Companies expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:
- A commitment to and evidence that they have experience in developing local / national content
value.
- Confirmation that they can manufacture (design /construction / inspection & testing / assembly) centrifugal pumps as per API610 11th edition standards
- An experience list for similar equipment supplied to the Upstream Oil and Gas market in the last five {5} years.
- A copy of their own and main suppliers ISO 9001:2015 and 14001: 2015 & OHSAS 18001 (15045001:2015) current certification.
- Extracts from their Supply Quality Management procedures, showing haw material quality control is implemented in the supply chain and identify what positive material identificanon is implemented through the manufacturing process.
- A two (2) years look ahead shop loading charts for the facilities intended to manufacture, assemble and test.
- Implant and site installation works safety record.
- Delivery to schedule record over the previous 2 years.
- In country maintenance support capabilities
Interested companies which meet the minimum requirements and have the capacity to provide the goads listed above should express their interest by sending together with the above listed documents an email to [email protected] (Max. Companies satisfactorily meeting the above minimum requirements will receive, subject to the signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) a detailed pre-qualification questionnaire for further evaluation by Company.
EACOP project reserves the right not to consider companies that submit an incomplete dossier,
