PROVISION OF AUCTION SERVICES TO PROPERTIES BELONGING TO VARIOUS ESTATE ADMINSTERED BY THE OFFICE OF THE ADMINSTRATOR GENERAL
- The Government of Tanzania has a set aside fund for the operation of the Ministry of Constitutional and legal affairs, registration, insolvency and Trusteeship agency (RITA) during the financial year 2019/2020. Its intend that part of the proceed of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the provision of auction services to properties belonging to various estate administered by the office of administrator general
- RITA now invites sealed tender from eligible National services providers for provision of auction services to properties belonging to various estate administered by the office of administrator general
- Tendering will be conducted through the national competitive tendering procedures specified in the public procurement regulation 2013 – government Notice 446 as amended 2016 and is open to all tenders as defined in the regulation
- Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information and inspect the tendering document at the office of the Secretary of RITA Tender Board 2nd Floor, Room marked “Procurement and Supplies” Plot No 727/11 Makunganya/Sim Street P.O. BOX 9183 111303 DSM Tanzania from 8:00 – 3:30 PM on working days from Monday – Friday inclusive except on public holidays
- A complete set of tendering document in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested tendered on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon the payment of non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000.00 payable to Administrator General/Chief Executive Officer RITA
- All tenders must be accompanied by tender securing declaration in the format provided in the tendering document
- All tender in one original plus 2 copies properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the Secretary of RITA Tender Board 2nd Floor, Room marked “Procurement and Supplies” Plot No 727/11 Makunganya/Sim Street P.O. BOX 9183 111303 DSM Tanzania before 10:00 AM 27th May 2020
- Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenderer representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the conference room RITA TOWER floor Plot No 727/11 Makunganya/Sim Street P.O. BOX 9183 111303 DSM Tanzania
- Late tenders portion of tenders electronic tenders, tenders not received and not opened not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
