INVITAION FOR TENDER
- The Songea Namtumbo Agricultural Marketing cooperatives union has set plan or program for operation during financial year 2019/2020. It is intend that part of the proceed of the fund will be used to cover the eligible payments under the contract for outsourcing of renting Angonams HOTEL AND Nahoro Teachers college around songea Municipality and Namtumbo District council in Ruvuma Region. The following below are the general specification of each project
- Angon Arms Hotel Lot – 1
This hotel is located at Songea Municipality in Ruvuma Region plot No 143082, low density and area covered is 2425 7159 square. The hotel is located near from regional police commissioner’s office – Tunduru Road - Nahoro Teachers College – Lot 2
This collage located at Nahoro village 16 KM From Namtumbo town in Ruvuma Region with ownership certificate No. is 24NTB/8061 that have fifty nine point five two hectares - The SONAMCU LTD invites sealed tenders from eligible national providers of renting premises

3. Tendering will be conducted through the national competitive tendering procedure specified in the public procurement(regulation 2013 – government notice 446 and is open to all tenders as defined as the regulations
4. Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from and inspect the tendering document at the office of general manager SONAMCU LTD, P.O. BOX 146 Songea from 8:00 am to 17:00 pm on Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays
5. A complete of set of tendering document in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of non-refundable fee of 500,00/= payment should be in bank account name SONAMCU LTD Account No. 61810000098 NMB
6. All tenders must be accompanied by a bid security in the format provided in tendering document
7. All tenders in one original plus two copies, properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelope clearly marked BID NAME and BID NUMBER, must be delivered to the secretary of general manager SONAMCU LTD P.O. BOX 146 SONGEA at or before 10:00 AM EAST Africa time on 24th March 2020 tender will be opened promptly thereafter in public meeting of tender representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the SONAMCU LTD MEETING HALL
8. Late tender, portion of tenders, electronic tenders not received tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
9. Site visiting is allowed
