Ministry of Water For: Procurement of Vedio Conference for RUWASA HQ and RUWASA Regional

1. This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in TANePS Issue no. 0011 dated 30/07/2021.
2. The Ministry of Water received/has applied for/intends to apply for a loan from the WORLD BANK towards the cost of SUSTAINABLE RURAL WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION PROGRAM and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of Vedio Conference for RUWASA HQ and RUWASA Regional.
3. The Ministry of Water now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers for carrying out the Procurement of Vedio Conference for RUWASA HQ and RUWASA Regional
4. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations – Government Notice No. 446 of 2013 and is open to all Tenders as defined in the Regulations.
5. Interested eligible Tenders may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the MINISTRY OF WATER 456 DODOMA , [email protected] from 08:30-15:30 on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
6. A complete set of Tendering Documents in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenders through the portal and upon payment of a non­refundable participation fee of 30000.00 TZS. Payment is performed through the dedicated payment gateway integrated in the TANePS.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in an acceptable form in the amount of 20000000.00 TZS or freely convertible currencies.
8. All Tenders must be electronically submitted in the proper format, at or before 16/02/2022, 11:00. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenders’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Dodoma.

9. Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, Tenders not submitted, not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
