- MARKETING PROGRAM IMPLEMENTED: contact HQ for Organizing marketing monthly/quarterly goals for each program, and implementing marketing standards to the whole country in a different region (new product launch promotion,showroom construction, fundi program, advertisement, training, social media operations, etc.
- TEAM MANAGEMENT: Responsible for department structure and job responsibilities improving, coordinating work arrangements within the department, and guidance and work assessments for members’ KPI.
- TRAINING: Responsible training new marketing staff and maintaining marketing standards to be aware for all marketing members.
- PROBLEM SOLUTION: Ensuring all marketing standard implementing and getting to know the solution for any problem and report regularly.
- Be abilities for edition writing for marketing program plan.
- Be good communication skills withing the marketing team, and cooperation with sales team, HQ department, even good coordinating with other line.
