TENDER FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY
SERVICES FOR THE YEAR 2019
INVITATION FOR TENDERS
The TPB BANK PLC has set aside funds for the operation of the Bank during the financial year 2019. it is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment Under the contract for the Provision of Security Services for the year 2019.
The TPB BANK PLC now invites sealed Tenders from eligible f service providers of Security Services. Tendering will be conducted through the national competitive procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Regulations, 2013Government Notice No. 446 and Is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board Office situated at LAPF Building, 10th Floor, Kijitonyama Road, PO. Box 9300 Dar es salaam from 0900 hours to 1700 hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Documents in English language r and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non refundable fee of TZS. 100,000.00. Payment should be by cash/ deposit at our LAPF executive branch-Kijitonyama, payable to Chief Executive Officer, TPB BANK PLC Kijitonyama Branch.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
Ail Tenders in one original plus one copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the Secretary of the Tender Board Office situated at LAPF Building, 10th Floor; Kijitonyama-Bagamoyo Road, PO. Box 9300 Dar es salaam. at or before 1600 hours on Monday 20th May, 2019. Tenders wilt be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Secretary of the Tender Board Office situated at LAPF Building, 10th Floor. Kijitonyama-Bagamoyo Road, PO. Box 9300 Dar es salaam.
Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, and not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
