FOR THE PROVISION AND SUPPLY OF STATIONERY, PRINTING AND BINDING DOCUMENTS, CLEANING & GROUND MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND SECURITY SERVICES

Invitation for Tenders

Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College(TUDARCo)located at Mwenge along Coca-Cola Road has set aside funds for the operations of the College, during the financial years 2020-2022. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contracts for the provision and supply of Stationeries, Printing and Binding documents and Cleaning &Ground Maintenance Services.
1.The College Tender Board now invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers and Service providers for the following:

3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding documents at the office of the Secretary at TUDARCo from8.30amto 4.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
4 . A complete set of Bidding Document(s) in English will be obtained upon payment of non-refundable fee of Tshs100,000. Payment tobe made through Maendeleo Bank Account number 013828266011orCRDB Bank Account number 01J1021002200or NBC Bank account number011103030931. The Account name is Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College; pay in slip should be submitted to College accounts office for issuance of receipt and collection of documents.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration in the format provided in the Bidding documents.
6. All bids in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address below at or before Tuesday 14th July, 2020at 10.00am.. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Board Room, at TUDARCo6.Bidder may opt for a single lot or all lots but in each case bidder must quote for all items and quantities specified in each lot. Partial bids will not be accepted.
7. Tender document must be delivered to the Secretary, Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College Tender Board, at Mwenge along Coca-Cola road Block D room No.4on or before Tuesday 14thJuly, 2020at 10.00am. The outer envelope should be clearly sealed and addressed to the Secretary, TUDARCo Tender Board. P.O. Box 77588, Dar es Salaam, and clearly marked “Tender No: TUDARCo/2020-2022/GWND/01orTUDARCo/2020-2022/GWND/02or TUDARCo/2020-2022/GWND/03for the provision or supply of Stationeries, Printing and Binding documents, Cleaning and Ground Maintenance, and Provision of Security Services” Not to be opened before Tuesday 14thJuly, 2020,at 10.00am.8.Late Bids, Portion of Bids, Electronic Bids, Bids not received, Bids not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
