1. THE SONAMCU LTD has a set aside fund for the operation of the financial year 2019/2020, its intended that part of the proceed of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Machines for plastic Bags at Namtumbo DC
2. The SONAMCU LTD invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors registered as the following specialist 1) Mechanical contractors in class III and above 2) Manufacturer or dealers companies for carrying out the supply, installation and commissioning of machines for plastic bags at Namtumbo DC un;less otherwise stated in the tender dat asheet
3. Tendering will be conducted through the national competitive tendering procedure specified in the public procurement (regulation 2013 – government notice 446 and is open to all tenders as defined as the regulations
4. Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from and inspect the tendering document at the office of general manager SONAMCU LTD, P.O. BOX 146 Songea from 8:00 am to 17:00 pm on Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays
5. A complete of set of tendering document in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of non-refundable fee of 500,00/= payment should be in bank account name SONAMCU LTD Account No. 61810000098 NMB
6. All tenders in one original plus two copies, properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelope clearly marked BID NAME and BID NUMBER, must be delivered to the secretary of general manager SONAMCU LTD P.O. BOX 146 SONGEA at or before 10:00 AM EAST Africa time on 30th October 2020 tender will be opened promptly thereafter in public meeting of tender representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the SONAMCU LTD MEETING HALL
8. Late tender, portion of tenders, electronic tenders not received tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
