INVITATION FOR TENDER

1. This invitation for tenders follows the general procurement notice for these projects which appeared in Daily Newspaper issue no 976510002 dated 1st July 2020
2. The government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the provision of the catering services and bed sheets, pillow cover and safety gears
3. The marine service company limited now invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers as described below

4. Tendering will be conducted through the national competitive procedure specification the public procurement regulation and is open to all tenders as defined in the regulation
5. Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from and inspect the tendering document at the office of the purchasing & suppliers manager mwanza south port from 09:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays contact no. +255739606600
6. A complete set of tendering document in English may be purchased by interested tenders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000/= or its equivalent in USD. Payment should either be by cash, bankers draft or bankers cheque payable to MSCL Goods Agents OFFICE( Mwanza South Port) and passenger agent ( Mwanza North Port)
7. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender securing in the format provided in the tendering documents
8. The tender document should be deposited in the tender box situated at the office of the purchasing & suppliers manager mwanza south port. Deadline for submission will be on 4th March 2020 at 10:00 hour. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the office of Purchasing and Supplies Manager – Marine Services Company Limited( Mwanza South Port) Warehouse Building at or before 10 hours
9. Late tenders portion of tenders electronic tenders tender not received tender not opened and not read out in public at the tender opened ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
