Bid Notice Provision Of Emergence Printing Services To IRC Tanzania
The International Rescue Committee, Inc. (IRC) is an international non-governmental, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. Founded in 1933 with headquarters in New York, the IRC operates in more than 40 countries worldwide, offering lifesaving care and life-changing assistance to individuals/communities forced to flee from war or disaster.
IRC invite proposals for the provision of emergence printing services listed below from competent, fast and duly registered mega printer in Tanzania. The intention is to develop a quick service agreement in mitigating effects of covid 19 crisis to students with needs below and continue with long term business relationship with the most responsive and qualified printer.
Printing of ECD Secondary and Primary Home Learning Packet
• Primary – Colour Printing (ECD and Primary Game Boards) and Lamination (glossy paper A4): Qty – 67,746 (Page)
• Primary-Colour Printing (Lego ECD*40, Lego Primary *48) -(glossy paper A4) : Qty – 1,490,412 (Page)
• Primary – Black and White Printing (DFID Literacy24, DFID Literacy26)-(A4) : Qty – 880,690 (Page)
• Primary – Tape binding (One EDC and one Primary)-26pgs booklets : Qty – 67,743 (Page)
• Secondary – Photocopy of home-based learning materials -20 pgs booklets: Qty – 176,520 (Page)
Interested and qualified bidders may request/collect complete tender documents from 29th June to 7th July 2020 at 4.30pm from the IRC’s Office location mentioned below.
Bidders will drop their offers in main sealed envelopes (comprises of tech and financial envelopes within) to the following IRC office on or before 7th July 2020 at 4.30pm.
