MANUFACTURING, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF METEOROLOGICAL WEATHER RADAR AT NZUGUNI HILLS DODOMA AND MARETONI HILLS ARUMERU ARUSHA
- This invitation for tender follows the general procurement notice for this project which appeared in www.taneps.go.tz on 8th July 2020
- The government of the Tanzania has a set aside fund for the operation of the MA During the financial year 2020/2021, its intended parts for the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Meteorological weather RADAR at Nzuguni Hills Dodoma and Maretoni Hills Arumeru Arusha
- TMA now invites sealed tender from eligible international Manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Meteorological weather RADAR at Nzuguni Hills Dodoma and Maretoni Hills Arumeru Arusha
- Tendering will be conducted through the International competitive tendering specified in the procurement regulations 2013- government notice 446 as amended in 2016 and is open to all tenders a as specified in the regulations unless otherwise stated in Tender Data Sheet
- Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information and inspect the tendering document at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board, TMA Ubungo Plaza 388 Morogoro RD, P.O. BOX 3056,16102 Dar es Salaam, Head Office Room No 310 , Ubungo Plaza 3rd Floor from 7:30 – 3:30 PM on Monday – Friday inclusive except on public holidays
- A complete set of tendering document in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon of payment of non-refundable fee of 300,000 TZS Payment should be made through the GePG portal after obtaining electronic invoice bill from the director General TMA
- All tenders in one original and 3 copies properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the Director General, TMA Ubungo Plazza, 388 Morogoro RD, P.O. BOX 3056, 16102 DSM Head Office Room No 310 at or before 13;00 27th October 2020. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenders representatives who choose to attend in the opening ceremony at the TMA conference room 3rd floor Ubungo Plaza
- Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, tenders not received, tenders not opened at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
