1. This Invitation for submission of Proposals follows the General Procurement Notice for project which appeared in PPRA JOURNAL Issue no. 0856-3812 dated 02/08/2020.
2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the Tanzania Commission for AIDS during the financial year 2020/2021. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the To review and update The 2016-2018 Gender Operating Plan for HIV Responses in Tanzania Mainland.
3. The Tanzania Commission for AIDS now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services: More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference. The main Objective of reviewing The Gender Operational Plan for HIV Response in Tanzania Mainland is to update the document to be in line with the currently available National and International Strategic Documents on HIV and Gender so as to guide Stakeholders in the country to undertake HIV and AIDS interventions with Gender perspectives.
6. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been addressed to the following short-listed Consultants:
•It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm.
7. A firm will be selected under Individual Consultant Selection and procedures described in this RFP.
