LEASE OF SPACE FOR PROVISION OF VARIOUS SERVICES AT JULIUS NYERERE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING II & III

Invitation to Bid

Date: 04th March, 2020

1. Tanzania Airports Authority has available spaces for Provision of Various Services at Julius Nyerere International Airport Terminal Building II & III and intends to lease the premises to interested companies for provision of services.
2. Tanzania Airports Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible business community for leasing the spaces (Business premises) for Provision of Various Services at Julius Nyerere International Airport Terminal Building II & III as follows:

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering Method as specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – Government Notice No. 446 and Public Procurement (Amended) Regulations, 2016 – Government Notice No. 333 and is open to all national Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary of Tender Board, Tanzania Airports Authority, P.O. Box 18000, Dar Es Salaam from 07.30 to 15.30 hrs local time on Mondays to Fridays except on public holidays.

5. A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English language and additional set may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000. Payment should be done through Government Electronic Payment Gateway (GePG) after obtaining Control Number issued by the Director General, Tanzania Airports Authority.

6. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration

7. Site visit will be held on Thursday 12th March, 2020 starting from 10:00hrs local time at Julius Nyerere International Airport Terminal II & III.

All tenders in one (1) original plus two (2) copies properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes clearly marked TENDER NUMBER AE-027/2019-2020/HQ/N/1/LOT 24 – 30 FOR LEASE OF SPACE FOR PROVISION OF VARIOUS SERVICES AT JULIUS NYERERE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING II & III DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 11.00 HOURS, LOCAL TIME ON, THURSDAY, 19TH MARCH, 2020, must be delivered to the address of The Secretary, TAA Tender Board, Tanzania Airports Authority, P.O. Box 18000, Dar es salaam at or before 11.00 hrs Local time on Thursday, 19th March, 2020. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Tanzania Airports Authority HQs, Terminal One, Julius Nyerere International Airport.

9. Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
