NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, under the appointment letter dated 06lh day of August 2019 in favors of CRDB BANK PLC Head Office Azikiwe Street Dar es salaam instructing us to advertise the sale by tender process of the captioned property owned by EDBP & GD CONSTRUCTION LIMITED.
The property is built on a plot with a size of 56,952 square feet approximately 5291 square meters situated oh the property is apartments of (5) blocks flats each is 4 storey structure totaling 39 apartments out of it (31) are of two bedroom each, (8) are of three bedrooms each and all are self-contained with equipped kitchen and fully furnished with its own parking place.
The apartment is with a nice garden and has a large swimming pool in a modern fitness centre and sauna with another big parking area.
There is also a standby Generator of 800 KVA and a water storage tank of 100 cubic meter.

Bids shall be opened on the 26th August 2019 by 16:30 hours at the office mentioned below. Bidders are invited to attend during the event if they so wish .
Bidders should note that the information supplied herein is without liability to the seller as to its correctness independent valuation and inspection of the property is highly recommended.
The seller shall not be bound to accept the highest bid or any bid at all
The property is sold in a condition as it is.
It is a condition of the bid that bidders submit their bids accompanied by Bankers cheque in favors of CRDB BANK PLC of an amount equivalent to 10% of the bid price. For a successful bidder this amount shall be treated as advance payment. Unsuccessful bidders will have their bid commitment refunded in full without any deductions.
The successful bidder shall be bound to make a 25% advance payment on the price within 4 days of the date of the award and the balance shall be paid within 14 days thereafter.
If the 75% will not be paid within 14 days, the seller shall forfeit the advance payment and the next highest bidder shall be awarded the option to purchase.
