The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the College of African Wildlife Management, Mineka during the financial year 2018/2019. It Is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the:

The College of African Wildlife Management, Mweka now invites sealed tenders from eligible ”National” Suppliers and Service providers _of the above named tenders.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016, and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of Procurement Management Unit (PMU) College of African wildlife Management, Mwelu. building number CAWM/BLGI02 P.O. Box 3031 Moshi Tel:+255 692883333 from 1000 hours to 1500 hours on Mondays to inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document (5) in English language and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tshs. 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand only). Payment should be by Banker‘s Cheque, payable to College of African Wildlife Management, Mweka, CRDB Plc Moshi Branch, Account No 0111039905500 OI’ NMB Pl: Mawenzl Branch, Account No. 42206600034.

All Tenders must be accompanied with a Tender securing Declaration In the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
All tenders in one original plus two (2) Copies properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to Tender Board Secretary, College of African Wildlife Management, Mweka. Building number CAWMIBLGIOZ at or before 1400 hours the 30th May, 2019. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at Seminar Room DRARC office , at the College of African Wildlife Management, Muck:
Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
