Completed pre-qualification documents MUST have seal and marked “Invitation for pre-qualification of vendors for the supply of goods and services and the category applied for.” ‘ x . Interested bidders have to submit their applications at, the address specified below not later than 11th July 2019 at 12:00 noon. Late and incomplete submissions WIII be disqualified. Tender will be opened promptly after the deadline in the presence of representatives who wish to attend at CDF Conference Room, 6th floor Mlimani Tower.
