ADVERTISEMENT FOR INVITATION FOR PREQ – UALIFICATION
Date: 22nd July, 2019
1. The Bugando Medical Centre has set aside funds towards the cost of the Supply of different goods and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this funds towards the payments under the contract for:
i. Supply of Consumable medical supplies & Equipment Tender no. BMC/HQ/G/2019-2020/02
ii. Supply of Dressing, Bedding, Uniform and Line material Tender no. BMC/HQ/G/2019-2020/03
iii. Supply of Medicines(drugs) Tender no. BMC/HQ/G/2019- 2020/06
iv. Supply of Laboratory reagents ,chemical,& equipment Tender no. BMC/HQ/G/2019-2020/09
v. Supply of Orthopedic material Tender no. BMC/HQ/G/2018- 2019/12
vi. Supply of Dental consumables Tender no. BMC/HQ/G/2019- 2020/14
vii. Supply of Radiology material Tender no. BMC/HQ/G/2019- 2020/15
viii. Supply of Ophthalmology material Tender no. BMC/HQ/G/2019- 2020/17
The Bugando Medical Centre intends to pre-qualify Applicants for
listed tenders above to be used for the FY 2019/2020.
2. Pre-qualification will be conducted through the procedures specified in Regulation 119 of the Public Procurement (RegulationsGovernment Notice 446 of 2013, and is open to all Applicants as defined in the Regulations.
3. Interested applicants may obtain further information from and inspect the pre-qualification documents at the Secretary of BMC tender board H4 Block P.O BOX 1370 Mwanza from 7:30 am to 15:30 pm local time on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
4. A complete set of pre-qualification documents in English may be purchased by interested Applicants on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and · upon payment of a non-refundable fee of [Fifty thousand only, TSH 100,000/=]. Payment should be by Cash deposit into BMC Health Service Fund account no. 01J1051393600 CRDB bank and bring original pay slip
5. All applications one original plus One copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes properly written the name of the tender, address, time and the word “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE” mentioned time of the deadline and must be delivered to the address Secretary of BMC tender board H4 Block P.O BOX 1370 Mwanza at or before 10:00 am local time on 5th August, 2019. Applications will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Applicants’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Administration Block H4 Conference Hall.
6. Late applications, portion of applications, electronic applications, applications not received, applications not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
