INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS TO PURCHASE PROPERTY
A. NOTICE is hereby given to the general public that I, Dr ONESMO KYAUKE, of Locus Attomeys, have been appointed by the National Bank of Commerce Limited (NBC Limited) to be a Receiver for the purpose of selling the following mortgaged properties:
(i) Property with CT No. 895-LRM, L.O. No. 43806, Plot No. 10, Kijenge Area Arusha Municipality in the name of Impala Hotel Limited:
(ii) Property with CT No. 1001-LRM, L.O. No. 43764, Plot No. 11, Kijenge Area Arusha Municipality in the name of Impala Hotel Limited; &
(iii) Property with CT No. 923-LRM, L.O. No. 43765, Plot No. 12, Kijenge Area Arusha Municipality in the name of Impala Hotel Limited:
The properties which are hotel facilities operating in the name of Impala Hotel Limited should be purchased jointly. therefore, any interested bidder should present a single bid for all the properties.
B. Interested bidders (after inspection of the properties if they wish to do so) must send their bids by way of offer to purchase al] the properties in uniting in a sealed envelope with the words “offer for purchase of landed properties” on the top right corner of the envelop and should reach me not later than 4.00 PM 22th August, 2022 through the address provided herein below:
