Invitation for Hosting Offers Title: HOSTING OF THE TRIPARTITE TRANSPORT REGISTERS AND INFORMATION PLATFORM SYSTEM (TRIPS)
1: SADC Secretariat as the contracting authority on behalf of the Tripartite of COMESA, EAC and SADC is inviting Tripartite Member/Partner States on the Continent to submit offers for the Hosting of the Tripartite Transport Registers and Information Platform System (TRIPS) for a period of at least 5 years in accordance with the requirements as detailed in the attached TRS-002-001.
2: Hosting Offers, inclusive of all documents to be submitted in accordance with the requirements in TRS-002-001, must be deposited with SADC Secretariat no later than on 13 September 2019.
a. Hosting Offers, one original and two printed copies with soft copy on media in a sealed envelope clearly marked “HOSTING OF THE TRIPARTITE TRANSPORT REGISTERS AND INFORMATION PLATFORM SYSTEM (TRIPS)”, must be submitted and addressed to:

and be dropped in the Tender Box situated at the reception area of the above address.
b. Hosting Offers submitted by courier must have been deposited with the courier service before close of business on 13 September 2019 and a copy of the acceptance confirmation issued by the courier service must be emailed on the same day to the Head: Procurement Unit at SADC Secretariat at the following address: [email protected]
3: Hosting Offers must remain valid for a period of 90 days from the deadline date of submission in paragraph 2 above.
4: Additional information and clarifications may be requested in writing, no later than 5 working days prior to deadline date indicated in paragraph 2 above, from:
