PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CARRYING OUT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT FUNCTION AUDIT
1.The Bank of Tanzania (BOT) has set aside funds for various activities during financial year 2019/2020. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Provision of Consultancy Services for Carrying out Human Resources Management Function Audit.
2. The Bank of Tanzania geeks to engage a reputable and competent firm to provide consultancy services for carrying out human resources management function audit.
3. The objective of the assignment is to review efficiency and effectiveness of the current human resources management systems, policies, procedures and practices to identify areas for improvement and to propose appropriate interventions.
4. The Bank of Tanzania now invites competent, experienced and eligible firms to indicate their interest in provision of consultancy services for Carrying out Human Resources Management Function Audit and in particular, experience in conducting human resources management function audit. Such information should generally include: company/firm/institution profile, description of similar assignments undertaken; approach and methodology, and availability of appropriate skills.
5. Interested Consultants must provide information indicating their capability to undertake this assignment, such information shall include consultant’s profile, description of similar assignments, availability of appropriate skills among staff, financial capabilities, resources, etc. Consultants may associate to enhance qualifications.
6. A short list of consulting firms will be prepared on the basis of Expressions of Interest submitted to the Bank of Tanzania in writing. The procurement process will be based on National Selection Method and conducted in accordance with procedures set out by the Public Procurement Act, 2011(as amended 2016) and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 (as amended 2016).
7. Interested consultants may obtain further information from the office of the Secretary, BOT Tender Board, 2nd Floor South Tower, 2 Mirambo Street, 11884 Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, Telephone No. +255 22 223 5194; on Monday to Friday inclusive, except on public holidays, before the deadline for submission of Expression of Interest.
8. Expression of Interest in one original plus two copies enclosed in plain envelopes clearly marked “Provision of Consultancy Services for Carrying out Human Resources Management Function Audit” must be delivered to the address indicated on para 7 on or before 11.00 hours local time on Tuesday 31st December, 2019
9. Late expression ‘of interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
