INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR REGISTERED FIRMS TO UNDERTAKE URBAN PLANNING AND LAND SURVEYING AT TABORA MUNICIPAL COUNCIL
Tabora Municipal Council during the financial year 2019/2020 intends to plan and survey 10,000 plots for different uses through Public Private Partnership in various wards within Tabora Municipal Council.
The Tabora Municipal Council now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services which include provision of consultancy services for urban planning and land surveying at Tabora Municipal Council.
Interested “firms” must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by submitting company profile, appropriate registration, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, relevant skills and any other relevant documents.
You are requested to submit your written expression of interest in one original plus one (1) copy in writing by 28th September, 2019 at or before 12:00 pm. The original and copy documents shall each be enclosed in a separate envelope and marked “original” and “copy” respectively. The two envelopes shall then be enclosed in a single envelope and marked “Expression of interest for consultancy services for urban planning and land surveying at Tabora Municipal Council and delivered to the following address:

A consultant will be shortlisted in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act No. 7 of 2011 as amended in 2016 and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016 (hereinafter called Procurement Regulations).
Selection will be conducted through the National Competitive Selection procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations.
Interested eligible firms may obtain further information from the Secretary, Tender Board whose address is indicated on paragraph 4 above from 7.30 am to 9.30pm on Monday to Friday except on pubic holidays.
Late Expressions of Interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
