All Tenders in one original plus two copies properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address The Secretary to ATCL Tender Board, ATC House Building at Junction of Ohio/Garden Avenue/Pamba Rd, Ilala , P.O Box 543,Dar es salaam. Tanzania on or before Monday 23rd September,2019 at or before 14:00 hours local time. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the ATC House Conference room No 5, Second Floor. 6
Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not ‘ received, and not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
