Alliance One Tobacco Tanzania Limited (AOTTL) located in Kingolwira, Morogoro is a company that deals with the purchasing, processing and export of processed leaf to customers around the world.
AOTTL is looking for o reputable clinic service provider to manage clinic at its factory premises.
We invite expressions of interest for a suitably qualified and experienced medical team, comprising a doctor and staff to provide primary healthcare services to its employees. The company employees 250 permanent staff and 1,500 are seasonal staff.
The clinic receives approximately 1 1,000 visits per annum; this includes community-bosed consultations to Kingolwira residents.
Main Tasks include but not limited to:
· Daily consultation/treatment of patients
· Emergency preparedness for team members
· Timely reporting/update of disease outbreaks
· Provide on the job and theoretical training of clinical officers and nurses
· HIV AIDS awareness
Qualifications
· Recognised Medical Doctor degree from a reputable University
· 6-years postgraduate experience related to the degree (preferably tropical medicine or post registration experience in Public Health).
· Registered and licensed to practice medicine in TZ
· OSHA registered Doctor
· Strong interpersonal skills,sting initiatives, proactive attitude, organised, autonomous.
