EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (Eol)
1.This invitation for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) which appeared in PPRA’s Tender’s portal dated 7th June, 2019.
2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania through Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS) has set aside funds for the operation for carrying out consultancy services during the Financial Year 2019/2020. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used t6 cover eligible payments under various contracts for Feasibility Study and Detailed Engineering Design.
3. The Regional Manager’s Office, TANROADS Singida on behalf of the Chief Executive officer now invites sealed tenders from eligible consultancy firm to indicate their interest in providing the services as indicated in table below;

4. Interested consulting firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by submitting consultant’s profile, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
5. A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act No. 7 of 201 1 and the Public Procurement Regulations, Government Notice No. 446 of 2013 as amended in 2016; (hereinafter called Procurement Regulations),
6. Selection will be conducted through the ”Quality and Cost based” selection procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations.
7. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information from the office of the Secretary of the Delegated TANROADS Regional Tender Board, TANROADS, P.O. Box 6, Singida, Tel 026 250 2729, Fax 026 250 2908, from 08:00 hours to 16:30 hours on Monday to Friday inclusive, except on public holidays.
8. Expressions of interest (Eol) must be delivered to the address ”Secretary of the Delegated TANROADS Regional Tender Board, TANROADS, P..O Box 6, Singida” at or before 10: 30 hours on 25th October, 2019.
9. Late Expressions of Interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
