FOR
PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES TRANSBOUNDARY DIAGNOSTIC ANALYSIS/STRATEGIC ACTION PLANNING (TDA/SAP)
- This invitation for bids follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in the UNDB online project ID P-ZI-EAZ-054 of 4th March on-online African Development Bank groups internet website
- The Secretariat of the Joint Songwe River Basin Commission has received a grant from the global environment facility through the AFDB towards the cost of the implementing strengthening trans-boundary cooperation and granted natural resources management in the Songwe Basin. It is intend that part of the proceeds of this grant will be eligible payments under the contract for the provision of consultancy services for trans-boundary diagnostic analysis/strategic action planning
- The Secretariat of the Joint Songwe River Basin Commission now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in the services undertaking consultancy services on the Trans-boundary Diagnostic Analysis/Strategic Action Planning for the Songwe River Basin , interested must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by submitting consultancy profile, description of similar assignment, experience in similar condition, availability of appropriate skills among staff etc, consultancy may associate to enhance their qualifications
- This advertisement is open to all eligible consulting firms as defined in the African Development Bank Group rules and procedures for the use of consultancy(May 2008 Edition Revised July 2012) which can be consulted from the AFDB website. A short list of six consultancy will be complied in accordance with the procedures set out in that document
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information including terms of reference from the office of the secretary of the joint songwe river basin commission P.O. BOX 300, Kyela Tanzania from 9:00 – 17:00 from Monday – Friday inclusive except on public holidays
- any request for clarification with regard to this assignment shall be addressed to the undersigned not less than 7 days before the deadline for submission. The client shall respond to the request for clarification receiving within 3 working days from the date of the receipt of the request

- Late and electronic expression of interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
