EXPRESSION OF INTEREST REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR HOUSE & FITTINGS, MEAL CONTROL SYSTEM, TIME AND ATTENDANCE AND FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR GEITA GOLD MINING LIMITED TANZANIA
INTRODUCTION
Geita Gold Mining Limited and Anglo Glod Ashati Ltd is subsidiary is located in north western Tanzania in Lake Victoria goldfields of geita about 5 KM from Geita Town
- The purpose of the EOI/RFI is to explore the supply market for competent suppliers with the requisite technical skills and knowledge and financial capacity to undertake the supply and installation of hose and fittings meal control system, time and attendance and fleet management system services to geita gold mine in accordance with RFI Documents
- The response to this EOI will be used to shortlist capable service providers that will be invited to respond to the main tender for the supply and installation of hose and fittings meal control system, time and attendance and fleet management system services to geita gold mine in accordance with RFI documents, the detailed ad dates for the EOI issue of the main tender will be communicated to shortlisted companies only, it’s necessary to respond FRI in order to be pre-qualified to be considered for the main tenders

Interested bidders must submit their EOI Letter of interest by quoting the NAME OF REFERENCE NUMBER of the services they intended to express interest together with supporting information to GGML which state the full name , address telephone and email address to bidders name of the principal contact an signed by authorized representatives, the LOI must outline a statement of firm capability to provide supply and delivery of goods and services including similar contracts undertaken over past years. All LOIs and support documentation must be received by the GGML office via email at [email protected] no later than 8:30 10th October 2020 the (LOI submission deadline) EOI submission deadline should not exceed 10 MB per Emil in case the size of the email exceed 10 MB please split the submission into the more than one email
