EXPRESSION OF INTEREST/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SURFACE MINING EQUIPMENT
INTRODUCTION:
Shanta Mining Limited(hereinafter reffered to as SMCL) is shatnta gold subsidiary company having its gold mining operations new Luika Gold Mine Located in Southwest Tanzania at Songwe dc Region and Singida project located in Ikungi at Singida Region for more information visit www.shantagold.com
The purpose of the EOI/RFI is to explore the market competence suppliers with the requisite knowledge technical skills and financial capacity to supply and deliver surface mining on equipment financing or loan arrangement for its Singida Gold Project
The present for EOI/RFI aims to pre-qualify or shortlist capable suppliers and does not constitute an invitation to tender, only suppliers deemed qualification by SMCL will be invited to respond to the tender for the supply of surface mining equipment

SMCL wishes to invite all eligible suppliers to express their interest in the supply and delivery of the surface mining equipment as detailed in the table list

GENERAL INFORMATION
SMCL advises interested suppliers to send blank email to [email protected] to receive an auto response email with link containing a pre-qualifications document
The applicant are advice to click the link , download and fill the requested information’s as required in the pre-qualifications document
SUBMISSION
Interested suppliers must submit their expression of interest indicating the categories of equipments they are interested in supplying
All LOI’s support document and pre-qualifications document must be received by the SMCL office via the submission link provided in auto response email as indicated in section 3 above not later than 8;30 AM 2nd December 2020
