EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
FOR
PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DESIGNING A NINE STOREY BUILDING FOR PROPOSED OFFICES ACCOMMODATION AND RELATED SERVICES AT TAWA HEAD QUARTER IN NDEJENGWA AREA – DODOMA REGION
1. This invitation for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) which appeared in the Daily News dated 1st July 2019
2. Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority (TAWA) has set aside funds in the 2019-2020 budgets, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for Provision of Consultancy Services.
3. Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority now invites Consultants to provide the following consulting services: Designing a nine storey building to accommodate offices and other related services at TAWA Head quarter in Ndejengwa area in Dodoma. More details on the consultancy services are provided under Terms of Reference in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
4. interested firms must provide information indicating that they qualify to perform the service by submitting their profile, description of similar assignments that were performed in past, experience in similar jobs and conditions, and availability of appropriate skills among staff. Consulting firms may associate to enhance their competence.
5. Selection process will be conducted through the procedures specified in Public Procurement Regulations – Government Notice No. 446 of 2013, and its amendments of 2016 and is open to all Applicants as defined in the Regulations.
6. Interested applicants may obtain further information from the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board at Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority, Head Office Morogoro at TAFORI Building, Kingolwira Area, between 08:00 hrs and 15:30 hrs on Mondays to Fridays except on weekends and Public Holidays.
7. Applications in one original plus one copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must _a be delivered to the address Conservation Commissioner, Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority, P.O. Box 2658, Morogoro on Thursday 22nd August, 2019 at or before 14:00 hours. Applications will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Applicants’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening ceremony at the TAFORI Building, Second Floor, Conference Room, Dares Salaam,Road, Kingolwira Area, Morogoro
8. Late applications, portion of applications, electronic applications, and applications not received, applications not opened and not read out in public at the opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of any circumstance
