DISPOSAL OF UNSERVICEABLE, DORMANT AND ABSOLETE ITEMS INVITATION FOR PUBLIC AUCTION IN ARUSHA REGION
The Public is hereby informed that, the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania through Ministry of Works Transport and Communication and TANROADS, the Regional Manager, Arusha Region, on behalf of the Chief Executive, TANROADS, will dispose by Public Auction different items on 04th December 2019. The Auction will take place in Arusha and will include the following items;

CONDITIONS OF THE AUCTION
1. The items will be disposed on “as is, where is” basis and TANROADS shall have no further liability after sale;
2. The highest must pay 25% of bid amount for motor vehicle immediately by GePG or bankers cheque and finalize the remaining 75% within fourteen (14) days. For other items, the highest bidder must pay 100% of bid amount immediately after the auction before collecting the item. Failure by the purchaser of motor vehicle to finalize the remaining 75%, the advance payment will not be refunded and the purchaser will have no right over the item.
3. The purchaser will be required to remove the items from the compound within seven days from the date of full payments
4. Taxes and all other charges including transfer and transport charges shall be incurred by the purchaser;
5. The items are located as indicated on the table above.
6. The Auction will start from 09.00 a.m.
7. TANROADS reserve the right of accepting or rejecting the highest price.
8. Interested purchasers may obtain further information from and inspect the items at the office of the “Secretary of the Delegated TANROADS Regional Tender Board P.O. Box 3094, Arusha” from 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays
